2. If this is the proper foam to use in this application?
3. The flame spread rating and smoke density rating is of this material.
4. If the foam has an R rating?
5. The installation specifications.
6. You cannot confirm that the attic is sealed.
7. The manufacturer's recipe so you don't know what chemicals are mixed in.
8. If the foam is even an insulating material.
9. Adequate dehumidification going on in this space.
10. You feel the heat of the attic and wonder if this space should have air flow.
11. You cannot tell if there are any water leaks.
12. Storm damage.
13. Damaged or rotted decking.
14. Openings at the flashings.
15. Nails per shingle.
16. If the roof covering is nailed or stapled….or size of fasteners.
17. Is moisture filled air jetting thru foam due to heating and cooling?
18. If the gas appliances have an air source.
19. Does the fireplace get its air source for combustion and drafting air and where is it coming from?
20. The fastening and bracing of the roof framing members.
21. Is there a continuous load path for the structure?
